I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have over 14 years experience in the mental health field working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who integrates ACT, CBT, mindfulness, existential therapy, and somatic techniques. I am neurodivergent-affirming and an LGBTQIA+ ally. Therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about helping you better understand yourself. We'll explore the experiences that shaped you, build self-compassion, and create space for growth and change.
Do you feel like your life looks fine on the outside, while on the inside you're anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed, or simply trying to make it through the day? Do you constantly second-guess yourself or dismiss your own feelings? I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, ADHD, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. Many of my clients describe themselves as "recovering people pleasers," and they are ready to learn how to set boundaries and prioritize their own wants and needs. You deserve a space where your wants and needs matter too.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist matters. If you’re used to putting everyone else first, therapy can be a place where you finally make space for yourself. I strive to create a warm, genuine environment where you can show up as you are and explore what you need to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
