Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Jessica, and I am a Licensed Master’s Social Worker. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and families across diverse backgrounds in both day treatment programs and public school settings. These experiences have shaped my passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. I believe deeply in the personal strengths each person carries and I’m committed to helping clients uncover and use those strengths for healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, selecting interventions that best support your goals, personality, and comfort level. At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has an inner resilience that can help them navigate their present circumstances and move toward the version of themselves they want to become. My aim is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, calm, and judgment-free environment. We’ll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and what feels most important for you right now. I often help clients identify initial goals and begin building a sense of safety and connection because meaningful therapy starts with feeling comfortable and supported. My intention is for you to leave that first session feeling grounded, understood, and confident that you’re in a space where healing and growth are truly possible.
