Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged, while also being supported in making real, meaningful changes in your life.

Clients often share that they feel at ease talking with me, but also appreciate that I’m honest and help them look at things in new ways. I’m not here to just nod along. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and figure out what actually works for you moving forward.

I take a collaborative approach, which means we work together to make sense of your experiences and build tools that fit your life. Therapy does not have to feel cold or overly clinical. It can be a space that feels genuine, supportive, and even a little lighter at times, while still doing the deeper work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and centered around you as the individual. I draw from EMDR, narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change. I support individuals navigating anxiety, self-worth challenges, relationship concerns, addictions, and trauma.

I show up in a way that is warm, real, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, while also helping you recognize patterns, shift unhelpful beliefs, and build tools that actually support your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, relaxed space where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll get to know each other, talk about what’s been coming up for you, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away. We move at your pace.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more at ease, with a clearer sense of what working together can look like.
