Great to meet you!

I'm a LPC with a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I work with couples, families, women, and children/teens. I like to get to know clients to help address concerns so they can enjoy life more. Whether you hope to understand yourself better and learn skills to grow as an individual, or to improve key relationships with others so that your family life is more peaceful, we'll work together to identify problems, set goals, and monitor your progress toward the growth and change you desire.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches in my work with clients, including family systems, story work, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am certified to use the Prepare/Enrich inventory in my work with premarital and married couples when requested/appropriate.

What you can expect from me

I hope my clients will know they have been heard and honored as whole people...strengths, struggles, and everything else included. My goal in all my work is to support and encourage clients to grow in ways that bring more peace and health to their lives and relationships. I enjoy partnering with clients (whether individuals, couples, or families) in the process of pursuing positive changes!
