Great to meet you!

As your therapist, my first job is to help you feel safe and comfortable so that we can begin to build a strong therapeutic relationship. In my many years of experience, I have worked with people of almost every age with varying backgrounds, often right in the client’s home, and therefore have a unique perspective and ability to understand people from almost all walks of life.

My approach to therapy

I take an active role in my job as your therapist, providing you with understanding of what is going on as well as tools to make lasting change. At the same time, I empower you as the expert on yourself to recognize to put in the work outside of session to make lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be lots of questions and me getting to know you and your goals for therapy. It’s also when we begin to build that therapeutic relationship. You can expect that I will be warm, compassionate, professional yet casual. I look forward to getting started with you!
