Great to meet you!

As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I prioritize provider-patient collaboration and building a genuine connection to best help meet your mental health needs. My primary areas of interest are attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

My approach to therapy

My approach to patient care is a collaborative and holistic model. Every individual is unique and I understand how important it is for patients to feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected by their provider. Therefore, my priority is to ensure that we work together to best help you meet your mental health goals.

What you can expect from me

We will start with a thorough psychiatric evaluation to identify, assess, and evaluate your current mental health concerns. Next, we'll work together to formulate a plan which may include medication management, psychotherapy, and/or referrals. From there, we will follow up closely to ensure continued success in our treatment plan.
