Great to meet you!

At the start of my career, I worked with adolescents and adults with at-risk behaviors and other symptoms of PTSD, depression, & anxiety. While working with these clients I realized there was a common factor: TRAUMA.

Since then, I have spent time researching and learning about long-term effects of trauma and how they affect our functioning as adults.

My approach to therapy

I use a direct, conversational style with clients. I provide a lot of psychoeducation and integrate approaches such as CBT, REBT, and EMDR depending on individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Aside from educating you about the effects of trauma and allowing you a safe space to explore those effects, I will also strive to work with you to develop effective coping strategies to help you navigate any challenges you may be struggling with.
