Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping individuals identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them, heal from toxic relationships, and explore their true identity.

My biggest strength is supporting those in toxic relationships, those trying to cope with someone in their life that has a personality disorder, and codependency issues. I am very passionate to help these clients find peace and implement appropriate boundaries so they can continue to function in a healthy way.

My approach to therapy

I like to use a holistic and person-centered approach to help my clients achieve their goals. I feel it’s important to look at the whole picture to get to the bottom of an issue. A safe and nurturing space is what I strive to cultivate for my clients. In my opinion, this must come first in order to set the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel supported, validated, heard, and empowered after each session. Together, we will come up with a plan after each session that will carry them until we meet again. We will also discuss plans to decrease sessions/discharge when the client feels ready.
