Great to meet you!

As an LCSW with a background in medical social work, I bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to therapy. I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults and adults who find themselves in tender or uncertain seasons of life—whether navigating grief, significant life transitions, ongoing stressors, or simply trying to make sense of what comes next.

I believe therapy works best when it feels open, collaborative, and genuine. My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically as yourself, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. You are the expert in your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore the areas that feel uncertain, strengthen what is already working, and bring care and attention to the places that may need support.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm but direct. In therapy we will create an environment for you to feel heard, supported, and gently challenged to make meaningful changes. You bring the expertise of your lived experiences, and I bring the supportive and collaborative perspective to help you explore, refine, and care for areas in your life where there are opportunity for growth and change.

What you can expect from me

You just have to show up as you are. There may be seasons where you feel uncertain about what you need, where you are going, or how to move forward. I welcome this unfamiliarity and together we will build a foundation in creating a space that encourages change and helps you prioritize your therapy goals and expectations.
