Great to meet you!

I think we're shaped by what we've lived, what we've witnessed, and what we've been told about ourselves and the world around us. I see therapy as a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin connecting the dots with curiosity instead of judgment.

I’ve been practicing since 2016 and have experience supporting clients with concerns including anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

I work with children (5+), teens, adults, couples, and families.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach, tailoring sessions to what you need. Together, we’ll look at patterns, connect the dots, and start to understand what’s actually driving what you’re experiencing. From there, we can work toward changes that feel realistic and meaningful in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, real, and non-judgmental space where you don’t have to filter yourself. My goal is to help you feel understood while also gently challenging patterns and supporting you in making meaningful changes.
