I help my clients develop insight, skills and flexibility needed to create a life that feels more aligned with their authentic self. I truly value autonomy. While I will always encourage meaningful change and provide my clinical recommendations- I'm not one to force it. I allow my clients to choose what they would like to work on in therapy. My focus is not only on symptom reduction but also helping clients reconnect with their bodies, heal their relationship with food and see their life with more possibility and whimsy (the world needs more whimsy). I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and utilize other evidenced based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
