My approach to therapy

As a clinician, it is my privilege to bear witness to the healing process. Trauma work is a gentle dance that is individual-based. My counseling style is client-centered and tailored to the client’s individual needs based on their personal experiences and present-day goals. I strive to establish a safe therapeutic alliance where vulnerability is embraced and authenticity is honored.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by getting to know one another and creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what you’re experiencing, and what you desire from our work together. I intentionally move slowly at first, allowing trust and connection to develop naturally. Together, we’ll find a rhythm and pace that feels supportive and comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and perhaps a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
