Great to meet you!

I have been practicing therapy since 2016 in a wide variety of settings, including community mental health centers, outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient hospitals, and university counseling centers. I have specialized training in working with perfectionism & people-pleasing behaviors. I primarily use a combination of CBT, ACT, and positive psychology with my clients. I am intentional in exclusively using extensively researched evidence-based therapies with my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I empower my clients to improve their mental health and minimize their mental load with relatable evidence-based therapy. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in behavior change to live in alignment with what is most important to you.

Clients say that I am compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental, and put them at ease with my light-hearted and down-to-earth nature. Therapy with me is a pressure-free zone, so crying, laughing, and swearing are all equally welcome in this space.

What you can expect from our first session

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF YOU WANT TO:

  • Show up for yourself and reconnect to the people and purposes that make your life worth living
  • Stop trying to be all things to all people at the expense of your own well-being
  • Feel confident and self-assured despite the chaos of life
  • Let go of (at least some) of the weight you carry on your shoulders
  • Untangle yourself from the unhelpful expectations and rules you hold for yourself
  • Make your inner critic work for you, not against you
