Great to meet you!

I specialize in affirming your strengths while identifying your barriers to growth. It gives me joy to help you see the “true self” that may have been obscured by feelings of anxiety and depression. By remembering and connecting with who you are, you are able to enact a vision of who you want to become. My clients are able to feel more comfortable in their own skin and achieve their goals of greater balance and peace in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and down to earth. Once we talk over what's going on, we can identify what can and cannot be changed in the situation. The good news is, no matter what is going on, you can always work on yourself.

Together we would find techniques that work for you to soothe and calm yourself when you're worried, sad or angry. We can talk about communication skills and setting boundaries. I'm also happy to just listen.

What you can expect from me

Your treatment is focused on YOU! You decide on your goals, how often you want to meet, what you want to talk about, whether or not you want homework. I won't dictate any of that, nor ever tell you what to do (unless you specifically ask, or if it's a safety issue).
