Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California (#18518) with 4+ years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, grief, trauma, neurodivergence, and life transitions.

I provide services in both English and Spanish and work with individuals seeking greater self-understanding, emotional clarity, and healing.

I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients navigating unmasking, burnout, self-esteem, and self-worth, as well as supporting women, BIPOC clients, and individuals exploring identity, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded, focused on helping clients build self-compassion and sustainable emotional well-being.

My path to becoming a therapist is informed by both my master’s training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and lived experience with trauma and neurodivergence, which deepened my curiosity about identity, belonging, and emotional safety. I view healing as an ongoing process of meaning-making that is strengthened through connection and support.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens through greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and connection to what feels meaningful. My role isn’t to tell you who to be, but to support you in exploring what feels true for you and moving toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.

I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to show up as your full self.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are collaborative and conversational. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, honoring your story and moving at a pace that feels right for you. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we take time to understand what's underneath what you're experiencing and how it's impacting your life.

Over time, many clients find they feel more grounded, more self-aware, and better able to respond to life's challenges with clarity and intention. When it feels relevant, our work can also include deeper reflection around meaning, identity, and what feels most authentic to you.
