Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who genuinely loves walking alongside people as they grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Clinically, I help individuals navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, and major life transitions. I’ve supported individuals in a variety of settings, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are. As a bilingual therapist, I offer care in both English and Spanish so clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural.

Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me cooking, cheering on my sons at their baseball games, exploring local festivals, or spending time with family. Those moments remind me how important connection is, and that same sense of connection is at the heart of my work.

Life can feel heavy, and you don’t have to sort through it alone. Reaching out is a meaningful step, and I aim to make the process feel comfortable from the very beginning. I would be honored to support you as you move toward clarity, healing, and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work from a person centered lens, which means I move at your pace, follow your needs, and focus on building a steady, trusting relationship. I see therapy as a partnership, and I value curiosity, connection, and honesty in the work we do together.

I draw from evidence based modalities including Person Centered Therapy, DBT, RO DBT, EMDR, and TBRI. These approaches help clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and work through difficult experiences with both structure and support. I pay close attention to what feels manageable for you and adjust our work so it fits your comfort level and goals.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, or major life transitions, my focus is on creating an environment that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely human. I aim to help you feel understood, empowered, and supported as you move toward clarity and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they can show up exactly as they are. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and not rushed. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. I ask gentle, grounding questions to understand your needs, your strengths, and what support looks like for you.

Together, we’ll identify a few initial goals and talk through what therapy can look like at a pace that feels safe and manageable. You can expect collaboration, curiosity, and a steady presence. My focus is always on creating an environment that feels grounded, compassionate, and supportive, so you can begin your work with clarity and confidence.
