Jessica is a Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about working with child, adolescent and adult clients on their journey in overcoming emotional, behavioral and addiction issues. Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Josephs College and her masters in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University.
Jessica utilizes empirically based interventions, such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) when working with her clients. She believes that everyone is capable to living their life to the fullest. Jessica’s approach is best described as collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused. Her goal is to assist individuals with learning to understand the obstacles in their life and acquire skills to overcome them.
Clients can expect to feel validated, understood and provided with empathy and support to help overcome any obstacle they may be facing. Clients will feel like they are not alone on their journey.
