Great to meet you!

I help adults and teens who struggle with conflict, alienation, and self-doubt develop self-esteem and feel free to pursue joy without feeling guilty for it. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, trauma, or anxiety related to their relationships or family. My clients also learn self-regulation skills and see a decrease in high anxiety and stress within 2-5 sessions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is customised to you and your needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to challenge those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.

What you can expect from me

I am dedicated to empowering you to boost self-esteem, manage guilt, & ease anxiety and depression. Let's navigate relationships and build coping skills for stress, so that you can pursue what brings you joy. Together, we will unlock your potential, transforming apprehension into ambition and hesitation into boundless possibility.
