Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and chronic pain. My background includes supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or looking for greater clarity and balance in their lives. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to each person’s goals and experiences. My style is collaborative, supportive, and practical, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges while developing tools for meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe to speak openly while also gaining tools they can use in everyday life. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor our work to your unique experiences, goals, and values. Together we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so the first session is designed to be a comfortable and supportive space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what has been bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, and what you hope might feel different in your life moving forward.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, background, and the patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for in therapy, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

By the end of our first session, we’ll begin identifying your goals and discuss possible next steps for our work together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for the process ahead.
