Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on you. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, take a breath, and talk about what’s actually on your mind—without pressure, judgement, or a rigid agenda. I’m very person-centered and eclectic in my work, which means we focus on what you want to explore and work on, at a pace that feels right for you.Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself and sit with someone who can help you process your pain, your questions, and your experiences—without needing to perform or have it all figured out.

My approach to therapy

My style is conversational and nurturing. I’m not overly structured, and sessions don’t feel scripted or forced. We talk about what you want to talk about—whether that’s something heavy, something confusing, or something you’ve never quite been able to put into words before. Many clients tell me that once rapport is built, they find it easier to open up and share more than they expected, simply because they feel heard and safe.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of comfort and trust. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once or to have a clear plan coming in. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I’ll invite you to talk about what brought you to counseling, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping for—but you’re always in control of what you share. Some clients come in with a lot to say, while others need time to warm up, and both are completely okay.
