I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, take a breath, and talk about what’s actually on your mind—without pressure, judgement, or a rigid agenda. I’m very person-centered and eclectic in my work, which means we focus on what you want to explore and work on, at a pace that feels right for you.Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself and sit with someone who can help you process your pain, your questions, and your experiences—without needing to perform or have it all figured out.
