Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Jessica Sanchez and I am a Spanish-speaking Licensed Professional Counselor and Chemical Dependency Counselor. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science from Lamar University in 2004 and became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in 2008. In 2024, I graduated with a Doctorate of Psychology from the Walden University.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe that the way we think and feel can greatly influence not only our interactions with others, but our physical health as well. I am committed to providing quality guidance, education, and care to assist you in becoming the best "you"that you can be.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a one-on-one conversation and education based on area of need. I take the "you lead and I will follow" approach to treatment, allowing the individual to identify areas of concern and processing openly as I assist in guiding through different approaches and perspectives.
