Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a proud first-generation graduate, earning my bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and my master’s degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients, often incorporating creative modalities such as humor, play, and art-based techniques to foster engagement and self-expression. I am comfortable providing services in both English and Spanish to promote accessibility and inclusivity. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space that encourages healing, growth, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and client-centered, with a relaxed style that helps clients feel at ease and supported. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, using developmentally appropriate and creative interventions, while also welcoming individuals across other age groups. I tailor each session to the client’s needs, drawing from trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches. My goal is to meet clients where they are and support growth at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and relaxed space focused on getting to know one another and building rapport. We will explore what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and discuss what success in therapy looks like for you. I also take time to explain the therapeutic process and collaborate on a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My priority is helping clients feel comfortable, heard, and confident about our work together.
