My approach to therapy is person-centered and child-centered, meaning I honor each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so I integrate creative and evidence-based interventions tailored to each stage of life.
I work collaboratively with clients and families to address concerns such as trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to help clients build a stronger sense of safety and security, improve emotional regulation, strengthen self-esteem, enhance communication, and develop healthy, adaptive coping skills.
