Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a grounded and compassionate approach to the work I do. I began my career as a case manager in an outpatient group setting, where I facilitated psycho-educational groups and collaborated closely with therapists. It was during this time that I discovered how deeply I value supporting people through their challenges.

I went on to earn my master’s degree in social work and later became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both California and Arizona. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings and have supported individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

I have extensive experience working with Anxiety, Depression, and Borderline Personality Disorder, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and truly supportive. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to help you move toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered approach. It is important for the person I am working with to feel heard. I utilize this method to help someone build self-confidence and a stronger sense of identity or authenticity. This approach means that I work at utilizing unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding, and congruence.

What you can expect from me

I work at creating an environment where the clients I work with can feel calm and build trust and rapport that eases them into what the goal of the session is about for them. Motivational Interviewing, empathetic listening, and joining the client where they are.
