Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from St. Ambrose University. I believe therapy should be a collaborative journey, so I'll meet you where you are today and support you as we work together toward meaningful growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach, believing that you are the expert on your own life and already possess many of the strengths needed for growth. Together, we'll identify practical solutions, build effective coping skills, and work toward helping you become the best version of yourself at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll start by getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and goals so I can gain a better understanding of your experiences. Together, we'll complete the intake process, identify your strengths, and begin developing a treatment plan that feels personalized and meaningful to you. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
