Great to meet you!

I am a clinician in private practice, addictions specialist as well as a school counselor. These spaces have given me a unique expertise, view, understanding and insight into the places you may desire to find movement. I am skilled at not only noticing with you where you may be stuck but seeing your path ahead.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the stories we carry—especially the ones we’ve told ourselves for years. I help you explore whether those old narratives still fit, or if you’ve outgrown them. Often, symptoms like anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck don’t come out of nowhere—they emerge from long-held beliefs, early experiences, or roles we’ve been cast in without ever agreeing to the part. Whether you're an adult sorting through years of patterns and pain, or a high school student navigating stress and distress, we will explore and find healing. I will ask the right questions to lead you towards growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will utilize a combination of relational as well as brain based techniques. In the safety of our space, we will look at the symptoms you are experiencing, where they come from and the stories your brain has written to cope. If they no longer serve you, we will rewrite them, providing you with a healthier option, resulting in symptom relief.
