Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and experienced birth and postpartum doula, I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I help with postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, and the challenges of becoming a parent.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, blending clinical expertise with a deep, firsthand understanding of the perinatal journey. Grounded in my background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an experienced birth and postpartum doula, I tailor our sessions to your unique experiences. I specialize exclusively in perinatal mental health, helping women navigate postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, pregnancy or infant loss, and the identity shifts of early parenthood. Together, we establish a safe, non-judgmental space where your feelings are fully validated, allowing us to actively process your challenges and work toward sustainable healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, safe, and entirely non-judgmental environment where your voice and experiences are centered. We will begin at your comfort level, taking time to explore what you are currently experiencing—whether that is navigating postpartum anxiety, processing a difficult birth, or managing the overwhelm of early parenthood. Rather than diving into rigid assessments, our primary goal is to build trust and establish a compassionate foundation for your healing journey. By the end of the session, we will collaboratively outline initial, supportive goals to help you feel validated, deeply understood, and less alone
