Great to meet you!

When everything feels heavy and your thoughts are racing, it’s easy to forget how capable you truly are. Taking a moment to breathe doesn’t mean you’re giving up; it means you’re giving yourself space to reset. Even if your confidence feels shaky right now, it isn’t gone — it’s simply waiting for you to notice it again. You deserve compassion from yourself, and you’re allowed to believe in your own strength, even on the days when it feels out of reach. If you want, we can explore ways to build on that inner steadiness or talk through small steps that help you feel grounded.

My approach to therapy

A blend of Person‐Centered, CBT, and Family Systems approaches offers support when life feels tangled. Person‐Centered work affirms your worth, CBT helps challenge unhelpful thoughts, and Family Systems highlights how relationships shape stress. Together, they remind you that change is possible and you’re not alone.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will focus on family history and presenting concerns. We will spend time getting to know each other to establish a working relationship. We will work together identify goals for therapy.
