Great to meet you!

Hi There! My name is Jess, and I am so glad you have stopped by my page. I have over 8 years of experience specializing in Anxiety, Trauma, Relationships, Mood Disorders, and Women's Issues.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado with a lifelong passion for teaching and healing. My own journey through trauma and growth deepened my calling to support others. By blending professional expertise with personal insight, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing.

I work with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. Alongside my professional growth, I’ve continued my own journey of authenticity and self-love — deepening my understanding of what true healing requires. This led me to create Heartfelt Holistic Healing, a practice that looks beyond symptoms to the root of what’s really going on. Together, we move toward lasting, meaningful healing from the inside out.

My approach to therapy

At Heartfelt Holistic Healing, I believe therapy goes beyond symptom relief. True healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and self-awareness practices to help you reconnect with yourself and release patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we create a personalized path that supports meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin building a foundation for healing. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy so I can understand you as a whole person — not just a set of symptoms.

Just as important, we focus on connection. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for — we move at your pace.

If it feels supportive, we may incorporate gentle mindfulness or grounding practices. By the end of our time together, we’ll identify initial goals and discuss what next steps could look like.

This is the beginning of a journey toward deeper self-awareness, self-acceptance, and lasting healing — one step at a time.
