Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for support with PTSD, complex trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts, I want you to know you don’t have to carry it alone.

Since 2017, I’ve worked with clients ages 12+ in settings ranging from wilderness therapy and inpatient hospitalization to residential treatment and private practice. I also provide individual, family, and coparenting therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around you as a whole person. I draw from EMDR, DBT, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and somatic and polyvagal-based practices, always tailoring the work to your needs and goals. Together, we’ll focus on easing current struggles while also building insight, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive space where we begin understanding your story, your current challenges, and what healing looks like for you. My role is to help you feel seen, identify a path forward, and start building momentum at your pace. If you'd like to see if we're a good fit, reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
