Great to meet you!

I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered perspective, building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My role as a counselor is to provide a research based, supportive, caring, client centered environment to support individuals through the journey of healing and emotional growth. My approach utilizes evidence-based methods and techniques such as CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, EMDR, and DBT.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be an introduction to therapy and each other to see if we are a good fit. We will conduct a diagnostic assessment to help determine areas of clinical focus. This assessment will also help us determine treatment options and clinical fit. We will discuss confidentiality, mandated reporting concerns, and answer any questions you have. Follow-up sessions will focus on your identified concerns and goals to work collaboratively on your journey.

Jessica's style is
