Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience helping people through trauma, stress, relationship struggles, family issues, and major life changes. I have worked in therapy, crisis care, adolescent treatment, family services, and mental health leadership. I help clients better understand their emotions, patterns, relationships, and the ways past experiences may still affect them today. My goal is to create a safe, honest, and supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and feel more like themselves again.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, feel seen, and begin making sense of the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped you. My approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and nervous-system awareness, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom while building practical tools for healing and change. Together, we will work at a pace that feels supportive while gently challenging the beliefs, wounds, and survival patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you feel safer within yourself, more confident in your choices, and more connected to the life and relationships you truly want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you are hoping to change or understand better. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable, and you will not be expected to share everything all at once. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and clear about the next steps we can take together.
