I have over 20 years of counseling experience and use result-driven skills and a healthy sense of humor to help you grow. I value authenticity, integrity, and transparency in our sessions as I strive to foster trust and positivity to facilitate growth. I am an outside-of-the-box thinker and use various therapeutic modalities to help you achieve your goals, whether it is to reduce anxiety, make healthy choices, set boundaries with others, increase assertiveness or address past unresolved issues.

In our first session together I am going to ask you a lot of questions. My goal is to have an overall understanding of your life from when you were a child to the present moment. I will ask questions about your family, your friends, your relationships, your education, etc. You can choose to not answer a question, after all, we are getting to know one another. I often teach a concept in our first session that I think will be helpful for our follow up sessions.
