Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience helping adults, teens, and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. My work is guided by a belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when given the right support and tools.

I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, strained relationships and behavioral addictions.

Whether you’re working through a life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or seeking to build healthier relationships, I’m here to help you take meaningful steps toward balance and resilience. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and create a plan tailored to your goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and practical — blending evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT to create a safe and supportive space where you can process, heal, and thrive.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my focus is on getting to know you — your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll move at a comfortable pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and discuss the best approaches to support your needs. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while always keeping our sessions collaborative and guided by your comfort level.

By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy with me will look like — a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and build the tools to move forward with confidence.
