I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio with 15 years of experience. I currently work with individuals ages 15 and over, but much of my recent focus has been on working with women dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to the healing process. Sharing your journey can be such a vulnerable experience, and it is important to me that you feel safe, heard, and respected. It is my honor to listen to you, challenge you, and support you.
Our first appointment will consist of a lot of "getting to know you" questions. I want to hear your story, your reason for seeking therapy, and what you hope to achieve in our work together. It will also be your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process and what you can expect. From there, our future sessions would focus on working to achieve your goals.
