Great to meet you!

Growth is often the result of focused effort and intention. While therapy can be challenging at times, my role is to push you and encourage the development of your strengths. I won't sugarcoat the process—it’s not always easy. But I approach it with ‘tough love’ and a clear purpose. The goal is for you to practice the strengths we’ve identified so that they become second nature, both during our sessions and in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences and how previous strategies may not have worked for you. These questions might touch on aspects such as your upbringing, cultural influences, and personal values. This helps me gain a deeper understanding of your unique journey.

What you can expect from me

Ultimately, my aim is to empower you to reach a point where you no longer feel dependent on me. My focus is to provide the support you need to grow, develop resilience, and become more equipped to handle life’s challenges. While setbacks are part of the process, my door will always be open should you need future support or want to revisit certain aspects of your growth.
