Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jess. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that our relationships and the systems that we exist within shape us (and that we have the power to shape them!)

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, curious, and relational. I draw inspiration from abolitionists, somatic practitioners, the wisdom of my clients, attachment, critical race, and queer theories. I believe that my clients are the experts in their own healing and that it is my job to act as a resource, accountability partner, and collaborator in their work.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that, through our work, my clients are able to develop curiosity and care for all the parts of themselves, build loving relationships within their communities, and find relief from limiting beliefs.
