My background includes hands-on patient care and high-level planning, providing a strong understanding of how to support people at every stage of life. Passionate about women's mental health, especially supporting mothers through family planning, pregnancy and postpartum. Our dedication helps women find balance and peace amid the ups and downs of motherhood and offers caring guidance for the emotional and mental challenges of parenting today. Certified in therapies like acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, we combine these approaches to provide respectful, empathetic care that honors each person's journey to healing.

I believe in treating the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — by offering personalized care that may include lifestyle guidance and social support.
