Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in care for high-functioning adult women. If you are reading this, you are likely used to holding it all together—successful and capable on the outside, while quietly managing anxiety, systemic burnout, the hidden exhaustion of late-diagnosed ADHD, or past trauma on the inside.

My fully virtual practice across Utah is designed specifically for women who need more than just a quick fix. Because I know you are balancing a busy career, family, or school schedule, I offer flexible evening appointments. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you feel truly heard, validated, and understood without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating the root cause, not just masking symptoms. I specialize in helping women who feel they need more support than traditional talk therapy alone can provide. My approach integrates thoughtful, conservative medication management with EMDR therapy.

Whether you are feeling "stuck" in your healing journey, navigating a major life transition, or dealing with emotional overwhelm, I look at the whole picture. I work highly collaboratively with you (and your current therapist, if you have one) to ensure your treatment plan makes sense for your life. We will focus on processing the experiences holding you back so you can achieve lasting, meaningful change, rather than just surviving day-to-day.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, but more importantly, it is a safe, unhurried space for you to share your story at your own pace. We will discuss your current struggles, your health history, and what your specific goals for the future look like.

You can expect a collaborative conversation—I will never dictate your care. Instead, we will explore all your options together, whether that includes starting or adjusting medication, incorporating EMDR, or discussing lifestyle changes. You will leave our first meeting feeling validated, with a clear, personalized roadmap for your mental health journey.
