Great to meet you!
Finding the right therapist is an important step, and my goal is to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and individuals in correctional settings. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and burnout.
I believe therapy is a partnership; you are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools as we work toward your goals together. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I look forward to meeting you where you are and supporting you on your journey.
