Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist is an important step, and my goal is to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.

I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and individuals in correctional settings. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and burnout.

I believe therapy is a partnership; you are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools as we work toward your goals together. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I look forward to meeting you where you are and supporting you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and tailored to each person's unique needs and strengths. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build resilience.

I have a special interest in working with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, navigating major life changes, healing from difficult experiences, or seeking personal growth. I also enjoy supporting clients as they build healthier relationships, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. There's no pressure to share everything at once; we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I believe you are the driver of your own journey, and I'm simply the passenger. You set the destination, and my role is to offer guidance, support, and practical tools as we work toward your goals together. My hope is that therapy helps you build the confidence and skills to continue your journey on your own when you're ready.
