Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s degree from Malone University in 2022. I completed my practicum, internship, and the following four years of my clinical experience at a nonprofit agency specializing in domestic violence and sexual assault. This experience deeply shaped my trauma-informed approach and commitment to providing compassionate, ethical care.

I have been independently licensed since 2025 and previously co-facilitated anger management and DBT groups for two years. I work with adolescents and adults ages 16–80 and support clients navigating concerns such as mood and personality disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, and adjustment to life transitions.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, with a strong foundation in humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am trauma-informed and believe that feeling heard, understood, and respected is essential to the therapeutic process. I value careful listening, empathy, inclusiveness, ethical practice, and accountability, and I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a time for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, collaborative relationship. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and go over what you can expect from the therapeutic process, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
