Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to share the parts of themselves they may not feel comfortable expressing elsewhere. I believe healing begins within a trusting, collaborative relationship where you can show up fully as yourself without fear of judgment.

My work is shaped by both my professional background as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and my lived experience as a biracial woman from an immigrant family. These experiences allow me to bring cultural awareness, empathy, and curiosity into the therapy space while recognizing the unique ways identity, family dynamics, and systemic stress can impact emotional well-being.

I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating chronic health conditions, neurodivergence (including ADHD), identity-related stress, anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients who often feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or pressured to hold everything together on their own.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. I recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other integrative methods to help clients better understand themselves, navigate emotional challenges, and build sustainable coping strategies. Sessions may include both deeper emotional exploration and practical tools you can apply in daily life.

Together, we’ll work toward meaningful growth while honoring your strengths, identity, and lived experiences.
