Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California who works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship stress, emotional ups and downs, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy wanting to better understand themselves, feel more confident in how they handle emotions and relationships, and find healthier ways to manage the stress and demands of everyday life. You may be feeling uncertain, disconnected from yourself, frustrated by patterns that keep repeating, or simply ready for something to feel different.

My style is warm, compassionate, encouraging, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and not have to have everything figured out. I’ll meet you with empathy and validation while also helping you build insight, recognize patterns, and find practical ways to navigate what you’re going through.

I enjoy helping clients strengthen confidence and self-trust, better understand their emotions and needs, improve boundaries and relationships, and develop coping and executive functioning skills that feel realistic and useful in everyday life.

My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and confident in how you navigate life, relationships, and the challenges that come your way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and practical. I take time to understand not only what you are struggling with, but also the thoughts, emotions, experiences, triggers, and patterns that may be influencing how you feel and respond.

I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and executive functioning strategies based on your individual needs and goals. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll balance gaining a deeper understanding of yourself with developing practical tools and strategies you can use outside of therapy in ways that feel realistic, meaningful, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

I bring a warm, genuine, and encouraging approach to therapy. Our work may include exploring patterns and experiences, asking thoughtful questions, considering different perspectives, building practical skills, and discovering what feels most helpful for you.

You do not need to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or what you need. We can start with whatever feels most important right now and figure things out together. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself, supported in where you are, and increasingly confident in your ability to understand yourself, trust yourself, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
