Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessica. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and learn to live more fully in the present. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults of all ages, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, low self-esteem, and the everyday challenges that bring people to therapy. I also work with couples navigating their relationships.

What you can expect from me

My approach blends evidence-based methods — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, psychodynamic work, attachment-informed techniques, and trauma-informed care — with a warm, grounding presence. My style is practical and relational: together we'll build strategies for navigating life's challenges, deepen your self-awareness, and reconnect with the strengths that help you face difficulties with confidence.
