Jessica Troxler

I've been working in the mental health field for about 7 years. I received my master's in social work from Rutgers University with a specialization in addiction counseling. I also have experience working with all age groups and couples.

My approach to treating clients is individual and unique because every clients needs are different. I also create a treatment plan with each client that reflects their goals.

I know that it can be hard to open up to someone new and start therapy. After the first session, most clients feel better after having someone truly listen to them and validate their experience and feelings. I also have a calm and welcoming demeanor with an ability to build a strong connection with my clients which helps motivate them to achieve their goals.
