Great to meet you!
Hello, I'm Jessica. My straightforward approach allows me to present in an honest way, encouraging others to do the same in their journeys. I focus on recognizing patterns of behavior, then work to understand and alter those perceptions and behaviors to allow healthy connections and growth, while recognizing the influences that family and community have on overall well-being and happiness.
With a master’s degree from the University of Denver, I have been working in the child welfare system for the past 10 years. Specializing in family and trauma services has equipped me with the ability to see life challenges in a multi-dimensional approach and serve individuals in crisis situations and relationship challenges, while meeting individuals where they are to achieve progression. These experiences with individuals from all walks of life has also equipped me with the understanding, empathy, and skill set to offer a safe space to grow.
