Great to meet you!

There are moments in life when things feel overwhelming or uncertain, and having support can make a meaningful difference. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem, grief/loss, and challenges related to life transitions. I support with cultural healing while honoring traditions, values, empowerment and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist who strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. You know yourself best, and I'm here to walk with you and offer support as you explore your needs. I tailor treatment to meet each of your unique needs while working at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

What you can expect from me

You already carry the strengths you need, and the first session is a chance to begin uncovering and using them to move forward. In our sessions, you'll find a calm and supportive space where your story is truly valued. Together, we'll explore your experiences, uncover what matters most to you, and begin setting goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I bring curiosity, understanding, and encouragement to every session, helping you recognize your strengths and take steps toward clarity, resilience, and a sense of hope at a pace that feels right for you.
