Great to meet you!

I'm Jessica Vargas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LISW) providing virtual therapy for teens, adults, and couples throughout Florida and Ohio. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, adjustment concerns, and maternal mental health. I believe therapy should be a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My goal is to help you build practical skills and confidence so you can move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based therapies to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, improve communication, and build lasting skills for managing life's challenges. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin creating a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about the path forward.
