Hi, I’m Jessica, a licensed mental health counselor who helps adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth, and big life transitions. Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and supportive — someone who holds space for the hard stuff while gently helping you grow.
In our work together, I’ll draw from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to help you understand your patterns, connect with your emotions, and build tools to feel more grounded and empowered.
