Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica, a licensed mental health counselor who helps adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth, and big life transitions. Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and supportive — someone who holds space for the hard stuff while gently helping you grow.

In our work together, I’ll draw from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to help you understand your patterns, connect with your emotions, and build tools to feel more grounded and empowered.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be your true self — messy parts and all — so you can find relief, clarity, and hope for the future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe that real change happens when you feel safe enough to be your true self, so I focus on building a supportive, nonjudgmental relationship. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help you understand your patterns, manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions, and reconnect with your strengths. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels empowering and realistic for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me often share that they feel truly heard and understood — maybe for the first time. Together, you can expect to gain new awareness of your patterns, learn practical tools to manage your thoughts and emotions, and build a stronger sense of self-worth and confidence. I believe therapy isn’t just about talking — it’s about creating real, lasting change that helps you feel more like yourself and live life with more ease and hope.
