Great to meet you!

It is difficult turning to a stranger with your deepest problems. Therapy is a judgement free area for you to speak about whatever is going on in your heart, mind, and life without stigma. I always provide a welcoming and comfortable space for clients to feel as if they are talking to a friend.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I firmly believe that not one shoe fits all. My approach to therapy is Person-Centered, tailored for each individual and their own struggles. I have many years experience with relationships, children and families, parenting, and anxiety. Additionally, I have many years expertise in the developmental disabilities population.

What you can expect from me

A take away from sessions would be clarification on thoughts and emotions and most importantly a strategy to work through whatever challenges one is currently going through.
